Participation in our concierge program includes a comprehensive annual preventive health assessment as well as ongoing, personalized medical care throughout the year. A membership fee is charged at the end of each month. Please contact our office directly for current rates and to learn more about what the membership includes.

Interactive Wellness physicians do not directly participate in any insurance plans. While some traditional insurance policies offer limited reimbursement for preventive services, they typically do not cover the full scope of care provided in a concierge medical practice.

However, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) - which are offered through many employers - can often be used to help offset the cost of membership. We encourage you to check with your benefits provider to understand what may be eligible for reimbursement.

When specialty care, laboratory testing, or imaging studies are needed, we will refer you to trusted specialists and diagnostic centers based on your medical needs and personal preferences.

These services are typically covered by your health insurance, and you can continue to use your existing insurance plan for any outside care. While our practice does not bill insurance directly, we are happy to coordinate with your other healthcare providers and assist you in navigating your insurance benefits to ensure smooth access to covered services.

Our goal is to serve as your medical home—supporting you through every step of your care journey, including communication with specialists and follow-up when needed.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. During these hours, our team is available to answer your calls directly and assist with scheduling, questions, or any medical concerns.

For after-hours needs, you may still reach us through our answering service. If your concern is urgent, the on-call physician will be paged and will respond promptly. Each doctor also has a dedicated number for non-urgent messages, allowing you to communicate directly and conveniently.

One of the key benefits of our concierge model is enhanced physician access - we are committed to being available when you need us, offering peace of mind and continuity of care beyond typical office hours.

You are welcome to contact your doctor by email for non-urgent matters. This includes questions about your health, appointment scheduling, prescription refills, or follow-up on prior discussions - all from the convenience of wherever you have internet access.

Email provides a secure and efficient way to stay in touch between visits. While it’s not intended for urgent concerns or emergencies, it’s a valuable tool for ongoing communication and personalized care.

We aim to respond to emails in a timely manner, typically within one business day.

We believe that continuity of care is essential, especially during times of serious illness or complex medical needs. Your doctor will stay informed of your progress, advocate for your needs, and remain in close communication with you and your loved ones throughout your hospital stay.

In the event of a medical emergency, always call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room. Your safety and timely care are the top priorities.

Once you are at the emergency room, the staff can page your doctor, who will be available to coordinate with the emergency team and, when appropriate, provide background medical information to assist in your treatment.

While emergencies require immediate action, we remain committed to supporting you throughout and following up as needed once your condition is stabilized.
